At RB Mediation we believe in delivering a calm experience, professionalism, and real results. Our Founder Rebecca Budge has legal and multiple industry background experience and you can be assured that you are in capable hands during your mediation. She has completed the Bar and is a member of the Inner Temple. Currently, her legal practice is focussed on Civil matters but as of September 2024 she will be appearing in court for Family matters only.

Mediation is one of her core areas of practice and she will continue to build upon the solid business relationships she has already established, based in South Wales but covering all of the South West and South of England. Hybrid mediation has been working very well for lots of clients with individual sessions online and the joint session face to face.

Rebecca is also a Founding Member and Secretary for the Dispute Resolution Centre Wales (Canolfan Datrys Anghydfodau Cymru) of which is she extremely proud to be a part of as the organisation grows from strength to strength. Setting out to establish a Welsh centric dispute resolution centre of excellence.

Experienced in conducting complex cases with multiple parties, workplace disputes and private civil matters our mediators are able to help achieve a much more positive outlook moving forward.
