FEES

With the spiraling costs of litigation we understand that one of the main motivations to engage mediation and ADR is to keep costs down.  Our prices are competitive, transparent and in line with market rates.  The fees include reasonable preparation time on behalf of the mediator.  Any incidental expenses may be added such as travel, venue hire or accommodation.

All fees are payable upfront.
